Back from a great press trip to Ireland where I saw some incredible gardens in Dublin, Wicklow and Belfast. I will share them all with you as soon as I get the recap done. I cannot tell you how impressed I was with the gardens in Belfast..and the city itself - amazing!

My latest AccuWeather.com articles are put up each Monday on their site so make sure you click on the banner underneath my picture here to take you to them. WorldReviewer.com has lots of reviews I have done - check out http://www.worldreviewer.com/member/donnadawson/

Are you planning on coming with me next year on a tour? if so, I only have two tours left with space. Our Paris/Chelsea 2011 tour has no more single supplements left and is almost fully booked. Thailand 2011 has a few left.

Since 1996 we have been bringing quality gardening articles to help you grow from a variety of garden writers from Canada to Scotland. I update the site with new articles each Sunday but if something is urgent it is put right up away. Stay a while and you will discover a great community to feel at home in and learn from! If you have gardening questions, please send them along to Art Drysdale, his email is listed with all his articles and look for weekly articles answering those questons plus much more. There are many other excellent ways to get your answers. Search the thousands of articles written on gardening subjects, or use the forum that includes numerous BRAND NEW sections - Gardeners Forum

We have two other sites that might also be of interest to you. Here is the website link to our tours only gardening website!

I have been hosting very unique garden tours since 1998. The 2010 tours are all sold out now so visit to see what is coming up in 2011. There is even a short video on one of our tours there and under Ecuador 2010 you can see our new video of some of the places we visited this past January. 2012 is Keukenhof/Floriade (tour up and booking) and Incredible India again along with others, so visit the tours site and let me know what interests you. Then I can let you know as soon as the tours are ready for booking.

Our Panama site is at WhyPanama.net Moving to a tropical country from Zone 3a in Alberta was sure some kind of adjustment, but one that we are so thankful we did. It has opened up a whole new world of plant material and article opportunities for me. I am even growing my very own coconut palm! Haven't figured out where I will put it once it outgrows the ceiling though.

If you have any garden questions, be sure to visit our gardeners forum where you can enter them for other gardeners to read and perhaps even help another gardener out yourself. Please also go to our Help click through and read that as well. Tom also has tips to help you find your way around the site there.

Our 'how to make the best use of the site' appears under the HELP button

We are very proud to have Sponsors like Fiskars,
Proven Winners, BC Greenhouse , Gardenimport and Fifth House. This site is totally free to gardeners and it is ONLY the support of sponsors that keep it up and running. If you are interested in this, please get in touch with me.
